Catalin is the Managing Partner and has start-up our Company in 2021 with the view of being a viable alternative in the professional services industry and the current challenging global and national environment by providing clients cost-effective value-added services. He started working in audit in 2010, after previously working for 2 years in BPO for two international renowned companies. During the period he gained significant audit, accounting, and advisory experience in BIG4 and mid-tier audit companies, but also working for Fortune 500 companies.

Technical experience

During his professional career, Catalin has gained significant experience in the field of auditing and advisory in various industries, including automotive, production, retail, real estate, technology, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and medical, energy and IT, telecommunications, consumer goods but also financial services industry. Catalin coordinated and lead many audit and advisory engagements. He was responsible for auditing the financial statements prepared in accordance with different local GAAPs, IFRS or US GAAP. He also has extensive experience in advisory projects such as financial due diligence, internal audit, risk management, FCPA and anti-corruption, Financial process design and automation, ERP migration.

Professional qualifications and attestations

Catalin obtained a master's degree in audit and accounting and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management information systems from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. His professional qualifications and certifications include: Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA); Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); Member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors (CAFR, ASPAAS); National certification for auditing projects financed from European funds;

Catalin is fluent in English and has a basic understanding of German and Spanish.
