We work to International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and, in internal audit, to the Global Internal Audit Standards. We document the work to the standards, so the file can be reviewed by the group auditor or the oversight authority.
The partner leads every audit engagement and oversees every assignment. You talk to the person who signs the report, not to an intermediary. The team is named in the proposal, and the same people stay on the engagement to the end.
You receive the written proposal, with the fee and timetable, within one working day of receiving the information we need, before any commitment. The fee is broken down by phase, and any additional fee is agreed in writing before it is invoiced. On audit engagements, the scope of the procedures does not depend on the budget.
